Insight180 is the branding agency for consulting and advisory businesses. As the Social Media and Marketing Strategist at Insight180, my versatile skill set allows me to perform a variety of tasks daily. Not only am I well versed in social media best practices, I'm also Adwords certified and familiar with google analytics. This allows me to create, track and report on online marketing efforts.
Copywriting/Editing: Whether it's a tweet, a newsletter, email correspondence or a blog post, copywriting and editing are things I do daily. With SEO in mind, I write meaningful, relevant content.
Content Creation: By conducting research to understand current industry issues and trends, I create relevant content that will educate and/or entertain the target audience. Not only do I find great topics, I make sure the content I create is engaging by using a variety of mediums. A great blog post or article makes use of copy, images, video and audio and more. I try to include a mix of different types of content to keep the content interesting.
Social Media Strategy and Planning: For both Insight180 and our clients, I manage all social media efforts, including creating content calendars and scheduling posts. Beyond planning and scheduling, I also interact with clients' social media communities while maintaining their brand persona. Through Google Analytics, I track the performance of each piece of content and develop a strategy based on the results.
Marketing Strategy: In addition to content creation, I also strategize and plan online marketing campaigns. With an individual certification in Google Adwords, I run Adwords campaigns and track and report on their progress. In addition to PPC, I also aid in client email marketing campaigns and track and report on email marketing campaign performance.
Graphic Design: In addition to my content creation and online marketing skills, I also have graphic design skills and I use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign daily.
